5. We manufacture and dispatch your custom template ready for installation.

**The size you provide must be the GLASS or SCREEN SIZE, NOT the external dimensions of the frame itself.**

All templates are manufactured exactly to the dimensions supplied by the customer.

**If incorrect measurements are provided, your template may not fit your frame.**

Because every template is custom-made and personalised to your requirements, items produced to incorrectly supplied dimensions cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
