Order Policy
The framing service must be purchased in full by the customer using one of our accepted payment methods, prior to the customer sending their item and work on the frame starting. Work on the item does not start until payment is made and the order is confirmed.
Sending Your Item to And Frame
- All items sent to And Frame by the customer are sent strictly at the risk and cost of the customer. Until a member of staff, official representative or agent of the And Frame has signed for the items they remain in the care of the customer. We advise that you send any items to us on a tracked and/or recorded service with adequate insurance cover for their value.
- The customer must quote the order number and surname, matching their order when purchased for identification within the parcel.
- We always encourage the customer to hand deliver their item where possible OR
- And Frame have a collection service, this can be selected at checkout when ordering if your pick up address is within our collection radius.
Delivery of Finished Frame
- Our typical lead time is two weeks from receiving your item, to framing and delivering. This can vary between peak times and is not guaranteed
- And Frame have a delivery radius, if within this radius, And Frame will deliver by hand for a fee calculated at checkout.
- It is not standard practise for And Frame to use a courier service, but on request of the customer, we can, and the quote of the courier will be passed onto the customer post quote from courier. The quote will be for the frame to be delivered within 5 working days, and insured for up to £250 - This can be increased on request of the customer. The 5 days is outside of our typical lead time.
